OSINT: pre-built Google queries for E.164 (+33...) and local format — finds mentions in leaks, forums, listing sites

Bridges directly to phone-to-accounts (account enumeration) and person-timeline (identity reconstruction)

RGPD: mobile exclusion from directories since 2012 — Bloctel do-not-call list for telemarketing opt-out
